Fresh Pasta made in Italy: what future? Discussion held at the Casillo Group's HQ in Corato

20 October 2017. Casillo Group offices. "The future of fresh pasta made in Italy - legislation, innovation and technologies for new consumption" organised by the Fresh Pasta Producers Association in collaboration with the Casillo Group.

The workshop is intended to determine the potential development scenarios for the fresh pasta and gnocchi sector, analysing various technical production and commercial aspects, including the prospects for technological innovation which, in addition to ensuring a healthy and good quality product, must adapt to the increasingly varied and informed consumer requirements.

The meeting will be introduced by Justo Bonetto – Secretary General of A.P.P.F.

 

and kicked off by: Giovanni Rana – Chairman of A.P.P.F. and Pasquale Casillo – Chairman, Gruppo Casillo.

Presentations will then be given by:

Francesca Zecca – Food Group on “Consumption macrotrends in the fresh pasta market”;

Beniamino Casillo – Casillo Group on  “The impact of raw materials on product innovation”;

Afro Ambanelli – Studio Ambanelli Parma on “Problems and current affairs”;

Angelo Gemma – Lutosa Italia Srl on “Dehydrated potato flakes”;

Gabriele Molari – Calvatis Srl on “Sanitation strategies in pasta and gnocchi plants”;

Elio Di Curzio – Curzio Srl on “Spices and herbs, qualitative and misleading aspects of the market”.

The conference is scheduled to end at 1.30 pm.
