Top Employer Institute is an independent organisation that examines and analyses the working conditions and offers of work made by leading companies around the world, evaluating them according to recognised international standards. The core of the Top Employers procedure is a strict and in-depth research process - the HR Best Practices Survey - and the achievement of the high standards required to obtain Certification.
